WOYWW 166 - When Fergus met LLJ!

Hello Peeps

Happy WOYWW day!  Today I am taking part in the biggest Blog Hop in the World! Probably!  In case you don't know what that is (where have you been) this is where you take a photo of your desk, floor, settee, kitchen table....put it on your blog and link it up with the lovely Julia.  So without further ado here is my desk.....

In the middle of a project here so you will have to pop back later this week if you want to see the project completed.  And if you look below you can see something hanging of my desk from the Lovely Lunch Lady Jan!
Yes.  A pink desk bag.  No Di - you cannot have it because it is pink!  I do rather like it as it is so posh with the lovely beading.  How did I get it I hear you ask?  Well.  On Saturday Jan and I, after several failed attempts, finally met.  And Fergus came too!
Well, he does like to have his photo taken with famous people.  Tim Holtz, Leandra and Lin of Paperartsy, Hels and now Jan!  Another photo for his special album!  He will be wanting his own blog shortly!

Can you believe that 10 minutes after this photo was taken (note the WOYWW badge Julia!) we were like a pair of drowned rats having been caught in the most torrential rain.  We had to make a run for cover for a while and every item of clothing I had on was soaked through!  Never mind.  We had just enjoyed a good natter over a coffee which was fun!  Thanks Jan. Atishoo!

Right.  That is enough from me.  Once you have left a comment why not pop over to Julia's and join in the Wednesday fun and frolics!

Hi Sam

Ah, all is explained now about the texts at PP Land - so you were out playing too :) So glad you had fun, even if it did pour with rain.

Love your desk - it's the first time I've noticed that you have a gap underneath in which to slide things - any choklit in there?

I won't pinch your lovely bag - mine is too loved :)

Have a super day - I'll eat your stottie sandwich being as you can't come and help out!

Hugs, Di xx

I hope you realise you've started a shoe revolution after those pics on Jan's blog!! They look right up my street! Lovely that the two of you got to meet, great photos. Great desk, those roundy rounds look like they'll turn into medallions? And what are you going to do with those photos of the landys??

Hi Hettie,

Oh, I envy you ladies when you get to meet up!

Yesterday was my blog anniversary - candy will be announced soon. As part of the candy I'm offering up something made by me -- so come visit and cast your vote (if you've already been - thank you. I'm trying to visit everyone this week so haven't checked in on my comments lately).

Happy WOYWW

I see the beginnings of some of those fun accordion pleat flowers on your desk. I like the twirly rack of blender things. I notice so many have them. And me, I only own one blender thing so no need for a twirly rack. Maybe it is something I can aspire to. How fun that you and Fergus got to meet LLJ! Great little pink bucket.

Aha, you're the lady with the shoes that Jan was talking about! How wonderful that you got to meet up and how lucky are you, getting that gorgeous desk bag. Shame about the rain, hope Fergus didn't get too wet.
Have a great week.

I spy chocolate fingers - yum. Equally yummy is your glass-topped desk, very clever and so handy to be able to have two layers of stuff that you can see.
Glad you had fun, if a little wet when you met up, always good to meet crafting buddies.

Thanks for visiting me earlier. Bit late getting round this week - am addicted to all the Olympic sports at present and not getting time to do anything else.
