Finished beading project!

Hello Friends

At the WOYWW Crop last month, Janet over at Fairthoughts took a little workshop to make a beaded project.  I did not get chance to finish it on the day and a friend of mine offered me a crimping tool (and tuition) in order that I could finish it.  Here it is....

Sorry about the background, it is cork and the light was funny but the colours in the keyring are very close.

A few little turns for you to see all sides...
It was a lovely project and I will work out where I am going to put this (not on a bunch of keys that is for sure) in due course.  At the moment I am enjoying seeing it hung on the board with the sun catching it.

Thanks Janet for teaching this.   As you can see I had a few bits and pieces which matched.  Not hard really as I am rather fond of purples and various shades of!

You are good to have finished the beading project - I never did because I don't know what to do anymore! Thank you for the info about the die - I already gave them my email! They do have good shipping rates - I might just stick with them!

great to see you finished it.
It looks fab, if you like it where it is, why not leave it there?

That is a beautiful ornament. Perhaps you could hang it in the window so it really catches the light all the time. Definitely far too nice for a keyring. Thank you for your lovely comment on my Wuthering Heights card. Although I can see ways to improve it, I was still pleased with the feel of it. Have a great week. xx Maggie

You did a fabulous job! This is so pretty and I love that it came about because of that special crop!

Oh Sam, this really turned out soooo well!! I loved what you did at the WOYWW bash and just adore your result. As you used some 'little bits of your own', they could count as snippets - I bet the girls would love to see it. Link if you'd like too.

Err, I'm baaaaaack though and fighting me way through the soot, foam and burnt debris in the Playground!! I found a lonely half baked spud too - any takers?

Off to me own cosy bed shortly, the clean-up company are coming round to give an estimate tomorrow. The insurance company said that leaving the Playground in the hands of little monsters is on me own head so it looks as if I'll be out begging in the streets :))

Hugs, Di xx

Very pretty! Can you hang it from a jacket zipper or purse zipper?
