WOYWW 150 - Monkey Business!

Hello Peeps

Yeay! It is Wednesday so Happy WOYWW Day! Happy Wednesday! Happy Hump Day (however you want to read that!).

It is time for the weekly blog hop with the lovely Miss Dunnit where we all show off our desks and hop around the world viewing other desks and leaving comments!  Whether they be tidy, messy, on the floor, in the bedroom, in a shed, it doesn't matter.  Just take a photo of your desk, put it on your blog, link your post HERE and we will all come and have an official "nosey".

Here is mine.  Relatively tidy this week as I had just finished my CC2C piece.

However, I popped downstairs for 5 mins and came back to find Monkey playing with his new favourite toy!  Bless 'im!  Perhaps he is planning on decorating my room when I am not looking!
Though I think he gets a little help from his friends to operate the punch! But we musn't let on that we know ey!

Rightio.  Work. Dancing and then I will be able to join in so please leave me a message so I know you have been and I will pop by at some point to do the same for you.  Maybe I will not get there tonight but I will come and visit!

TTFN

Hettie

Fab photo of monkey. I left Mitzy monkey in charge in the shop while I was away for a couple of days and today I have to sort out the chaos :-)

You just can't leave folk for a minute without them fiddling can you, still it looks like he's made a good start at punching out some lovely bunting there. I could do with him to help me with my EK Success punches, I always struggle with them for some reason!!
Enjoy your dancing and Happy WOYWW

Great desk with your lovely monkey working hard on his own project :-)
But now seriously (ahum), living in the +1 time zone is an advantage at the evening, but a disadvantage in the morning. But sometimes some small little cats are helping me by linking on an early hour, while I'm sleeping. Thanks for sharing and have a happy WOYWW. xFranka

LOL - I love Monkey - there's a few knocking about but I still haven't managed to track one down for myself!

Thanks for your kind comments. The box is for a friend who has just turned 30, and for whom I promised this box a long time ago. As for my Mum, she is very definitely a creative lady. She's an artist, and a cake decorator, and an accomplished seamstress/embroiderer, and makes things for dollshouses including her own - even doing handpainted wallpaper! She got me into craft, and bought me my very first rubber stamp which I still have and love to use. I owe her an awful lot, and and at 80 years young, she still has a zest for life - currently planning a trip to the Holy Land, would you believe?!

Thanks for stopping by!

I think Monkey needs a scotch on the rocks to build up the stamina to operate that punch LOL but you never know he could have secret powers.
