Good Grief! I am up to the heady heights of no. 5 WOYWW!!
Evening all. I cannot believe that it is Wednesday once again. Boy these weeks are flying past!! Wednesday means that us Bloggers take part in an official nosey round other peoples' desks to see what they are up to and how tidy some desks and how messey others are!! Pop over to Julia Dunnit's Blog so see what I am on about. Just click HERE and you will be magically transformed over there.
This is my desk as of about 2 minutes ago. In the middle of a project and still tidy!! Yikes!!
The project is a little journal that I decided I NEEDED ready for Timmy Day! I came to this decision at 9.30pm yesterday - yes, last night. I have had weeks to think about it but only thought about it last night. I cannot believe that is only day after tomorrow and that I will be making my way up to the venue tomorrow. Double Yikes!!
Here is a little close up of the cover...
I absolutely adore those butterfly stamps. The tag is part of the same range. And they come in such cute tins!!! Here is the back of the front cover...
All of the papers have come from the scrap box, the covers are bits left over from a layout I made recently. The inside pages are (being) made from a book which I picked up in a local Charity shop for 50p, to which pages I have added a little Gesso so that it tones down the little flower pictures in order they can be written on, and the rest of the pages have been taken out of an old diary which was being used as a doorstop in the Archives of where I work!! At least there are lines on those pages!!
Alot of us on the PaperArtsy workshops tomorrow and Friday are making little Inchies! Here is mine.....
I am not sure that it is anywhere near as good as some of the others I have seen but they say it is the thought that counts!!! I have used an absolute plethora of goodies on there - too many to list (or remember!! ROFL!). I am sooooooo excited about Friday. All that inkiness and messiness to happen!!!
Thank you for visiting me. Please leave me a comment. I do love to read them. I will try even harder to get around to looking at your desks this week - promise! But it will most probably be Saturday night/Sunday!!!
Happy Crafting

I am suffering from a very bad case of Journal Envy. Loving your butterflies, and the colours and the idea of gessoing the book pages... It's fab.
Hope you enjoy your Tim time.

Love your journal Sam and have a brilliant time with TH! What brand are those stamps in the tin? They look really lovely. And one more nosy question, is that a microlight in your profile picture?!!
Cheers
