Just a card...

Hello Friends

Oops!  I was going through my posts and realised I had not shown you this card which I made to send to a very good friend of mine at the beginning of this year.  (I am still wondering what happened to January - it went so quick.) All made from Snippets so I shall be popping it in to the Playground.
Over at the Playground Miss has issued a new challenge which involves a bale of straw and some clippers!  Fancy giving it a go?  Why not just use your Snippets, make something and join in for some fun and frolics in the virtual Playground.  You can even feed the chickens in the chicken run or the ducks on the pond!!  And of course you get a chance to play in the lovely virtual Treehouse!

Love those crossstitched hearts!
I think your card is faster to make than cross stitching though! teehee

Sigh, this really is soooo lovely Sam. I adore the cross stitch paper especially. I bet it was totally loved by the recipient too.

Now, careful snipping that straw - the First Aid box is being moved to beside the treehouse for quick access.

Have a good week! Hugs, Di xx

Really do like this cross stitch heart paper. Would never thought to combine with the clocks, and it is really dramatic. Love the layout too. Nice Valentine card. Great job & TFS

Just to add my voice to that crowd that say they love that paper. Fab little frame for the sentiment too. I'm not sure where January went either - maybe it's hiding in the treehouse?

Love those needlepoint hearts, and the lovely country feel of this... gingham and buttons the perfect finishing touch!

I'm sure iv'e got some cross stich paper lurking somewhere. Think it is pink and blue. We could sit and make some corn dollies. I'm sure Darnell will show us how to tie the special knots.
This ia stunning card. The red is really striking. Hugs Mrs A.
