Hello
Can you see a bit of a theme running through my cards? Yep - recycling and Snippets! I am hoping that by using all my Snippets I will be able to buy new stash without any guilt as there will be nothing left I may use!
The red checkered paper has been in my stash for ever! MME, Sizzix, Spellbinders, Bazzill, K&Co, Ranger and Artistic Outpost used in this card.
Papermania. Bazzill, Memory Box and Artistic Outpost in this one.
And finally, Tim Holtz, Ranger, Basic Grey and Spellbinders in this one. No idea where the pearls came from as the packaging left my control eons ago!
As usual I am popping these over to the Snippets Playground as they are all from my Snippets box. I went to my friend's on Saturday and had a bit of a marathon using ONLY Snippets and managed 20 cards. I will share those with you over the next few days. I really do need to count how many I have made this year. After Saturday I decided that was it. If I run out then they come from a sh-sh-sh-shop! Next year - more cards early on I think!
Thanks for calling by. I really do appreciate your comments. Now my cards are done I shall hopefully get round to visiting more blogs.
Next on the list........12 Tags of Christmas!

20 cards from snippets! That's good going! They look terrific too!I love your use of die-cuts and the super backgrounds. I am going to be 'carding' this afternoon, so I shall take a leaf out of your book and delve into those snippets right now! Julie Ann xx
Oh, Hettie, that snowman grabs my heart! I love the embossing on him! Love that lacy tree and the flying reindeer! You have some great recycling material and snippets!
They are all gorgeous huni, I love how well you recycle. You and Mrs A are inspring me to recycle more xx
WOw, you did some great snippety things on all 4 of these gorgeous cards. I really liked your embossed circle snowman, so clever and the embossing made him so special. Loved the lacey tree too, and the leaping deer looked very bronze-y against that pretty snowflake background. Had to laugh at the 'sh-sh-shop'...hard to say it, huh? I'm in the same camp...I have a few 'handmade' left, but no time to do inserts, so bought will be sent out henceforth. Hugs, TFS & Merry Christmas.
Okay, seriously, there must be some sort of award that we can drum up for you, Hettie girl! Using all those snippets and making 20 cards! Applause, applause, applause!! And the ones you have shown are absolutely delightful! It's a fact, you are an extraordinary snippets-using card artist!! Hugs, Darnell
Well, this year I am not even sure if anyone will get a card from me...bought or hand made...I am not in the mood. Having lost my friend Claire so suddenly, I just don't have the ooomph to do anything. Had the stuffing knocked out of me. Going to give myself some time off and hope the need to create comes back. Though, I am impressed with your 20 made in one sitting and using up all your snippets and stash. I do also notice a snow theme?
Cute and colourful set of cards, love the use of all the snippets and the dies are fabulous. One of my NYRes is to not buy anymore papers and use just what I have, also ribbon.

Wow, 20 cards Sam?! You sure were on a roll there. I do love these three you showed - lovely as always.
Now, think about this - if you DO use up all your snippets so you can buy new paper, you'd have to chop into the new schtuff right away to make more snippets. The Playground would be too quiet otherwise!
Playing catch up with commenting here, hugs, Di xx
Hi Hettie,
just popped over from the playground to say how very lovely your cards are.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
More gorgeous cards. Very elegant tree. You have been very busy and what a fabulous outcome!
Wow...you are the queen of snippets this week! That is great that you were able to make 20...I am smiling thinking about it! Well done you!
