Hello There.
Monday morning again!! How did that happen?
I haven't been playing in my Journal book for ages and this is one I did a wee while ago, so I thought it was about time I shared it with you....
This is kind of a reflection of my day as a PA/Legal Executive. Words!
Lots of Snippets used in this too and some VOS of the letter stickers. No idea how long they have been in my stash.
Some Artistic Outpost, Wendy Vecchi and Tim Holtz stamps and bits of old dictionary too....
Gesso, acrylic paint, stencils made from the waste of chipboard letters as well as some Snippets taken from the local newspaper.
I really enjoyed playing with this page and I must get my book back out again very soon.
I am going to show this to my buddies at the Snippets Playground. I hear we have a new friend to play with in the puddles - a cute frog. Off to find him!
Have a good week y'all.
Hettie

Hi Sam, it's now bright and sunny in the Playground - yippee!
I love this layout, really sums it all up I expect.

Seems very fitting for your days at your IRL job. pages have a frantic, high energy feel to them! You can just feel the energy you need to run with at work!
You are welcome at any time of year and Halloween would certainly be fun as there is so much going on...but...
If you come in sometime between Mid June ringht up to the first weekend in Sept, the suite is empty and you have a free place to stay. It is fully outfitted...gives you some privacy to yourselves and we can get together for supper, outings, sightseeing etc.
Our nephew and his wife came and stayed 2 weeks llike that. They had supper with us on the evenings they were going to be home, we went sightseeing together when they wanted, but they were able to slip away and have time on their own if they were tired or feeliong overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle of travel!
Plus, we can not take you to the lake at this time of year as we have to drive through the Highway through Hell (google the TV show about the tow truck driving company that services that Highway)and the snowéice and storms are well in place now. Besides, the boat is winterized already!
Al is much friendlier on his own turf and loves taking
people out sighseeing wowsin the boat. There are some lovely places to dock and go for lunch!
And...there are no Pow Wows in October...have I convinced you yet...teehee
WOW - there sure is A LOT going on here! Lots to look at and absorb. Not surprised you had fun making it. Looking forward to seeing more!

PS : Planning a visit to Mo then????
I'd say this represents you day very well.
Brilliant and clever source of words on your pages.
I still haven't dipped my toe into the frightening waters of Art Journalling!

Hi Sam love your journalling! and the frog is cute LOL huggles Sue xxx
Fantastic collaging of the words at the centre of your working day - it all looks very energetic and busy and detailed... I'd guess your days are probably like that too, as well as full of words!!
Brilliant pages reflecting reality...

Had so much fun reading all your words! So very apt to our lives today, in this busy old world. I don't Journal (or scrapbook!), but I do appreciate all the hardwork that goes into making these pages, and love reading about the techniques used to create these wonderful effects. Good job! When you retire, it will be fun to revisit these pages, and remember your hectic life of this stage of your journey. TFS & Hugs
All I can say is WOW! Fantastic pages. I think I must have a go at this soon!
I like all the words on your pages...something I struggle with. Love all the different sizes & fonts. So much to look at.
