WOYWW 213 or maybe 214 - Wednesday Already?

Hello Peeps

Welcome to another grey day here on Planet Earth, in the season of Summer.  Not all Summers are the same on this Planet you are at right now, but this is getting kinda typical in the UK especially during Wimbledon fortnight!   Come on Andy!

As it is customary on Wednesday's, alot of bloggers do this mad thing of taking a picture of their desk, wherever that may be and congregate around the blog of a certain Miss Julia to share what is going on at our desks.  Here is mine....

Yep!  It is clear!  You don't see that very often now do you?  You see I was working hard on a certain gift for a Birthday Girl and hastily put all evidence away before taking a photo as I don't want her to see it.  It will be late arriving (much like our summer) but I hope that when it arrives, I will be forgiven.  I have been laid low with a nasty chesty infection which put me out on things!  Damn it!  But I am feeling muchas betterer now thank you!

I will show you something else I have made recently.....

Click HERE if you want to see more.

And finally, trying to keep it brief here Miss, I wanted to share my WOYWW ATC which I received from Deeyll who was my PIFfer!  Isn't it gorgeous?  It came all beautifully packaged and with some ribbons in there.  I used some on the layout above too!

Right.  Better go and get showered and off to work.  I shall catch up with you all later Guys and Gals!

TTFN and don't forget to shoot over to Miss Julia's desk to take part in the biggest blog hop here on Planet Earth!

Hugs

xx

Glad you are feeling a little better now. I had one of those horrible colds in May and it seemed to hang around forever.

I too managed a wee tidy up of my craft space! Not been able to take time to do that for over a year! Still got loads to do but just a small bit everyday from now on. Think my mum will be getting some new 'craft stash' though LOL!

Happy WOYWW

Yeah, but I'm not really sure Miss Hettie that some of (you) us are actually on the same planet...! Love the LO, wow, you put some work into that, gorgeous. Hope you're genuinely feeling better - you've got to take it easy for a while to stop it creeping back....oh why am I bothering to tell you this..you know!
Take good care.

I really like the layout you have made, I think it really works with the black and white photo. I also looked at the step by step instructions to do the layout on an earlier blog post.

Howdy Miss Hettie, it has been grey, rainy and stormy in the Southern USA the last week or so. A good excuse for being indoors and at the craft table, (in my case the coffee table). Which btw is usually in complete disarray with all my supplies, and half finished projects. When I take my pics for my blog I try and take them and crop out the mess. I actually laughed out loud when I read Sandra's (Stamping For Pleasure) comment. A messy desk is a happy desk!!! At least that's what I tell myself. I've enjoyed my 1st of many visits to your humble domain. Have a great weekend.

Have we ever seen so much desktop?! :) What is that you have under the glass or is it glass? It looks like its got all kinds of good info on it. Love the LO and I did spot my little gift on it, too. So glad you could use it. :) Glad you liked the ATC and stuffs. And thanks for stopping by my desk and leaving me a comment already...you have two desks, too...have we seen them both? Straining my memory! lol :)

Glad you are feeling better now, it must be all the sun we are now having. Thank you for your visit and encouragement. I am even more tired now, having had a puncture on the Disco at the weekend, and all that entails to get it sorted - the AA first to change the wheel, and then down to the tyre place to get the repair done, then over to the garage to get the things put right that the tyre place got wrong. then I rang up Severn Trent to ask who was responsible for the main sewer in our road, which actually runs through our gardens instead of along the road. As a result of that, they are sending out a team to investigate the whole sewer, to give a definitive answer and to see if they can find out why it keeps blocking. What have I started? Hope your week is quieter and gives you the chance to recover completely. xx Maggie #3
