Good Evening Peeps
Well I see the wet weather is still with us and likely to be with us most of this Bank Holiday weekend. I do so hope this does not give some of you any bad news that you did not already know! My plans of doing more work in my garden have now been scotched, again, so we (I) have had to rethink our plans. Saturday morning off for a little shopping trip for undies to wear under my dress for the Ball on Saturday evening, then on Sunday we are going to start decorating our spare room. Then Monday we are both having the day for ourselves. Hubby will be playing in his Shed and Me, I will be playing in my Craft Room. There is always a silver lining in a grey soggy cloud isn't there!! Hee Hee!
Well I thought I would show you a layout which I completed at Penally's Retreat recently. The photo is of my Buddy Mandy which was taken in my Craft Room at our first 24hr crop. It was our first scrapbooking day in my new Craft Room!
Lots of lovely (pink) flowers and butterflies adorn the page all of them being punched out of various punches including Martha Stewart. The string of hearts going across the middle is a Sizzix die as well as the scalloped circle. The stamping on the scalloped circle was a stamp which I borrowed so I have no idea what make that was.
A mixture of diamantes and liquid pearls in the flowers and butterflies. Mandy is a lover of pink which is why I chose this photo for this layout when I saw it. I hope she doesn't mind me sharing this with you.
Please leave me a comment so I know you have been .
Have a great weekend.
Hugs
Hettie

Brilliant LO Sam - and of course you know me and pink so that's even more boxes ticked :) Di xx
Oooh how lovely to have a 24hr crop in your own room! Great layout too! We hired a hall a couple of years ago to do a full weekend crop with most of us staying until way after midnight and back early the next morning - the funny thing was there was a powercut and we all had to scrap from the lights on our phones for a couple of hours as non of us wanted to go home as it was so much fun! Happy days :) Enjoy the rainy bank holiday!
Fab layout....looks like you were having great fun! Lovely colours and embellies, too!

Another fab layout. You are going great guns with your scrapbooking hon.
Looks like a lot of fun was being had.
Such a lot of pretty embellishments too. Must've taken ages! xxx
So girly and summery and pink!!!! Love all those flowers and the butterfly up top. Our bank holiday will be spent clearing the hall as the decorator starts
first thing Tuesdays morning. Need to box all the books up in the library under the stairs and take the pictures down and move a very heavy oak corner cabinet somehow into the lounge. Seemed like a good idea when we booked him 9 mths ago!!! Hugs Mrs A.
Gorgeous LO Sam! I especially love all those pretty flowers and butterflies :)
