Friday Funny

This morning I was sitting on a bench next to a homeless man, I asked him how he ended up this way.

He said:   "Up until this last week, I still had it all !!! A cook cooked my meals, my room was cleaned, my clothes were washed, pressed, I had a roof over my head, I had TV, Internet, I went to the gym, the pool, the library, I could still go to school. . ... "

I asked him,   "What happened?  Drugs?   Alcohol?   Divorce?"

"Oh No, nothing like that" he said, "No, no ... I just got out of prison !"

LET’S GO ROB A BANK.  Life in jail sounds OK to me.

Tee Hee!!!!  Off to join Annie with Friday Smiles.  Have a good weekend everyone!!

  3. Prison doesn't seem so bad does it. Some people have suggested that the elderly should go to prison as the care is better than in the community.
    Have a good week,

  5. Sadly a true story for many. As said prisoners are looked after bettter than our elderly. But yes it still made me smile! Take care Zo xx

  6. Isn't that right! The mentally ill will get treated in prison but there's no good facilities for them, especially in the States.

  11. Had to come by and tell you that it is a hibiscus!!! Ha. You and Kate pointed that out. My peony here looks just like yours, I'm sure. I'll try to remember to share a photo of my peony next Friday (along with something else).
