Snippets and Recycling card

Hello There

It sure is a damp dreary November day today!  At least it is now November weather.

I just wanted to share a couple of cards I made recently using a lovely birthday card which someone sent me.  It seemed a shame to just bin it....

All the papers used are from the Snippets box, including the flowers so I am taking this over to the Snippets Playground, if I can find it with the fog we have here right now.

See ya all later and have a Happy Hump Day!

Hettie

  1. How pretty these are Sam! LOVE the way you upcycled that gorgeous card and the colours are fantabulous! Even right down to the matching baker's twine.

Am beginning to love purple more and more - it's so lush.

  12. So glad you were able to rescue these beautiful flowers. They are just lovely, and what wonderful snippety cards you've created. Both are gorgeous, but I especially liked that deep edge border on #2. Great layouts on both these beauties. TFS & see ya in the Playground.

So fitting that she gave you a purpleish card!!! You did a great job on upcycling the card...I especially like that deeply embossed edging on the last one.
